I was not saying that IMGG is a pump and dump, but lets be honest. Dean has been VERY successful in turning the stock price into something it should not be (at this point without FDA approval). I have been in this stock since .04 cents, and I still believe in the company.

However, Alliance was created out of a realization that Dean has the extraordinary ability to inflate the stock price of a company, PERIOD. There is no other way to look at it other than that, I have read through the documentation sent to potential investors, and have familiarized myself with the hundreds of other companies that "help" these penny stock companies "market themselves".

I believe everything that Dean has ever said about IMGG and never stated that it was false, however, the timing and existence in general of this new venture seems like cart before the horse, and worries me and MANY other investors of IMGG, including some that were part of the private offering and hold a large stake in IMGG (or held I should say).
