I would think that it has ben in BK for a yr that most of those concerns of libilities are gone - I think MM has reviewed them before going for custodian for PBLS.
On the new petitions I have found out yu have to call the JD in each court (dept) I have put a call in for dept 17 for the new case a-10-616524-p to see what the co. is that Shareholders Advocates is trying to take over
