this is the last on this subject....a scam connotates money being extracted by dishonest means....this is a traded (loosely speaking) security with numerous market makers....not a private offering nor fund raising for a grand scheme that evaporates after closing....

still cannot attach scam to this...less than successful investment maybe, but not scam...
