VERT goes where he is told to go by Institutional investors as well as Public Companies. I called VERT 3 weeks ago and asked why they had such a large sell order in.(not that i expected much of a reply) but the guy there said," We only go where we are told too(sell at .0003) and we are told what size order to show by the investor.(50,000)" So it appears that somebody told VERT friday to move to .03.
