Looks like there will no RS.

But like some body pointed out looks like its just an update. Bull would jump on the forward looking statements. Bears will have the upper hand as again there will be no verifiable stuff, just we are going to do this. This can get us so much revenue in the future etc etc.

I am going to wait. I unloaded some at .008 on friday and will use those to repurchase at .005.
