Agreed. Some form of allowable testing is necessary to market the product. But, maybe you should put this in some kind of context.

I believe any testing will be for no more than a few days (2-3 at most) just so that the company can preview the service with the assistance of an Ambassador. Service is simple enough to understand in a short period of time. It seems pretty clear that an "extended" (weeks/months) testing period will not be provided come June 1.
