Notice the reasons JBI changed their auditor:

1) shareholder votes showed a lack of enthusiasm to keep the old one
2) NASDAQ (?) audit committee recommended a new one

Both are equally good reasons to change, and it would appear as though JBI is on the cusp of moving exchanges.
