Good question rfranke727,

It's not impossible that the 50SMA might only touch the 200SMA and not actaully cross if we stay in the .0006/7 range but will all the news forthcoming towards the end of May, we should slowly rise and cross...(remains to be seen)

LCRE is holding well today in spite of some dumping today in the .0006's
