US Wireless Online Inc. (UWRL) Finalized the USA Merger with Go Green Electronic Recycling
HENDERSON, NV, May 14, 2010—US Wireless Online, Inc. (UWRL; www.uswirelesscorporation.com) management announces, that the US based Go Green Electronic Recycling (www.gogreenelectronicrecycling.com) had been successfully vended into the UWRL.
A source close to the UWRL management stated, "We scheduled the merger closure for the end of the month, so we are way ahead of our schedule. This is mostly due to the GGER management, who have a solid business plan and know exactly what their company needs to succeed. We are very excited about the strides UWRL takes, and we look forward to see the strides of GGER in the nearby future. GGER is now a part of UWRL and we expect great things from this company, as recycling industry takes the main stage in the North American consciousness. There is no more going back to the old wasteful ways as global needs grow and resources slowly thin out.
Our discussions with a number of strong, China-based candidates continue. We sought out candidates with substantial assets and solid business models to vend in as the main subsidiary. Just as we publicized, our agents are on their way to China as we speak. They will negotiate and conduct the initial due diligence with the targeted Chinese candidates in the upcoming weeks.
