You have to remember this. PSC is a paid promoter. So they probably possess inside information and it would be legal for them to promote based on that. Two Fridays ago they recommended ACLH and said big news is coming. Then the big BP testing news came. They knew well in advance. So now they're saying a BP contract pr is coming, and they know that to be true as an insider. Flipping this might leave you behind.
