As some background...
6) KinsleyStreet Investors Q: The Ambassador program seems to have been implemented successfully and is gaining attention among investors and customer leads alike. Does television or radio also seem like a possible means of getting the word out on advertising and gaining attention among customers?
Ike Sutton A: We are planning a consumer awareness program for 2011. For the year 2010, we are concentrating our B to B objective which is getting known in the market place and by getting known by advertisers.
As you can see, GOIG's focus in 2010 is on business-to-business marketing and outreach. Then, we'll reach a time when it will become important to increase overall awareness with consumers.
In other words, it's more important that paying customers achieve proper ROI during 2010 than it is for non-paying consumers to be able to type in any word you can imagine and have it work. Therefore, the database should be pruned to only include the keywords that have been purchased. Failure to do so puts the revenue targets in jeopardy.
At some point, the database will include enough purchased keywords that a campaign to increase consumer awareness will be justified. Ike obviously believes that point will come in 2011.
