OmniResponse Features New Key Products at the 2010 International Housewares Show

CLEARWATER, FL -- (Marketwire)
03/11/10
OmniReliant Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: ORHI) announces that OmniResponse, the wholly owned Direct Response division of OmniReliant Holdings, Inc., will be participating in the International Home + Housewares Show 2010 held at McCormick Place, 2301 S. Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, Illinois 60616, on March 14th-16th.

OmniResponse will be featuring the entire Professor Amos Shock It Clean? line of products. Professor Amos products have been selected as a featured product in the International Home + Housewares 'New Product Showcase.' This honor is given to only a small fraction of products presented in the show.

The Shock It Clean? Multi-Purpose Cleaner can make up to thirty-two, 32-ounce bottles of cleaner and can be used on any surface that water can be applied, at a cost of only $0.63 per quart of cleaner. The Shock It Clean? Super Fast Drain Cleaner is a formula that dissolves hair and converts oil byproducts into foam without the use of lye, acid, or other corrosive materials that can deteriorate your draining system. The Shock It Clean? Disinfectant is noted for its residual protection as it can kill germs and bacteria (including MRSA, VRE, and Influenza A) in 30 seconds and continues to be effective up to 24 hours.

Robert J. DeCecco, CEO of OmniReliant Holdings, said, "We are very excited about the future of the Professor Amos brand and product lines. Already today, this brand adds millions in revenue and is quite accretive to earnings. Omni views the Professor Amos brand as a flagship brand within our portfolio helping us achieve success in the cleaning and chemical consumer product category."

Professor Amos and his products have been featured on numerous live shopping channels around the world.

Bill Barlow, Vice President of International Marketing for OmniResponse, said, "Our focus at this show is to expand the reach of the Professor Amos cleaning brand. We have already been receiving inquiries from several world-wide territories. The Chicago show gives us the opportunity to have face-to-face meetings with buyers from all around the world."

A new product, Cold Fire, will be displayed in the 'New Product Showcase.' The two-minute commercial on this product will be airing in early April. Cold Fire is an environmentally friendly fire extinguishing agent (not an aerosol) that can put out any fire faster, safer, with less water, less damage to property, and with less risk. Also noted will be the Dual Saw, one of OmniResponse's most successful campaigns. This unique saw has a patented counter rotating blade technology. The Dual Saw will be featured on an upcoming cable channel series in early spring.
