Interesting post. Hard to know what to make of it given the totality of your posts. Problems:

1) You wrote a long semi-detailed anonymous post that I'm somehow supposed to believe. It is hard for me to do without documentation. I say semi-detailed because you allude to a lot of things without saying enough to verify your statements.

2) Since you admitted to flipping, how do I know you aren't fishing for a lower price?

3) My own DD contradicts many of your statements.

4) More issues that I care to bother with right now.

You do have an absolute right to your opinion. I need to have facts as a base for mine.
