My guess, which will be unpopular, is after the 10Q we remain under a penny, that's without a retail contract being named. The lack of sufficiant movement would be, in part, contributed to investor disappointment that no retail contract was mentioned. The 10Q coupled with 1 or more retail contracts would, of course, give significant lift to the PPS, possibly 2-3 cents, maybe more, depending on the number of signed contracts. Of course that's only IMHO, which I couldn't buy a stick of gum with.
