IMHO, "the Deal", hasn't stalled, it has happened, and is being kept quiet, and

.....the CEO, IMO, has not decided to release the PR about "the Deal" yet.

He has been getting his "ducks-in-a-row".

When he is ready to release, he'll release !!!!
