The 29999 short code is used by Advanced Mobile Solutions ( see http://www.advancedmobile.us/ ). Specifically, this short code is associated with their Rentals2Go solution.

From a quick glance, it appears that their solutions do not include the ability to connect the user to a phone number associated with a company. In other words, this is just a standard text message marketing provider.
