This number doesn't include how many of those sales were covered and cleared out by end of day. Going by that, any short volume under 50% could covered by end of day; however if over 50% then there are naked shorts being covered into the following day. This is posted DAILY.

As time goes on, ETLS is being shorted daily more and more; however, the Short Interest doesn't support that.

However, they were shut down in 2009 by the SEC : http://www.sec.gov/litigation/aljdec/2009/34-59338.pdf
Every phone number I have found for them is non-working. Calls to the SEC have determined this TA is still shut down. Nobody seems to know who the new TA is, and I've exhausted my leads to find the new TA.

The SEC did confirm a stock can be traded WITHOUT a transfer agent; it's not uncommon for pink sheets to do their own TA duties inhouse. However, I have read post here stating nobody seems to be able to get ahold of the CEO of ETLS; I will start trying that this week.

This is why I think the MM's are shorting ETLS to this extreme; nobody is around to call them out. With a Transfer Agent, not only can they be called out on this shorting, they will be FORCED TO COVER. And based on the low float and the shorting percentages, this thing would fly high.

Which is exactly what everyone here has been waiting on for over a month.
