1. HSCC is at a 60% short-term buy level.. This stock is saying buy,buy,buy actually IMO... The rumors I heard at work because I work in New York City.. HSCC is supposedly getting a 200 Million job from the city for the new security cameras they are being required to install.. NYC can`t afford a huge company and has to contract out.

2. I called the company and was told that they beleive the price is very undervalued and that news of a new client will be released next week. and a side note as I we were talking it was mentioned that the CEO is in NYC this weekend.
SO IMO hes there for talks about the NYC subway upgrade contracts with the mayor.

3. HSCC is being looked at by some big money players that are going to come and buy up big blocks of the small float taking it well into the .20 .30 .50 range in the not to distant future.
