These 2 companies that have min to zero rev and no income and or cash have one thing in common.. Both had PR with BP.

If we can get funding and a PR with BP or any other contracts there is no reason why we can't see 5-10 cents. IMHO

The funding and Contrcats can lead to a double run up !! IMHO
