Perhaps the shares were issued at .001 but the funds given to OWVI was $1,000,000. If you recall, SP said he will receive funds and give shares at a discounted price. I guess that now explains that not only were they the one's providing the financing but they were also investing. I have maintained an ongoing dialogue with SP and although I have not shared everything, I know that the funds received was $1mm. Like I said before and will say again, NO ONE in their right mind would lend that type of money if they planned on selling for even money. You can check the board... The $1mm in financing is NOT a secret!!!

SP also stated to me YESTERDAY, that not a single share has been issued as of yet. To me, the shares might be in the investors hands but they have not sold them into the open market. Look for a pump and then you'll know!!!
