"Yes, I believe JD got upset with the namecalling, the threatening emails and calls, the drivebys at his home and finally people calling his clients."

Name calling hurt his feelings? His actions hurt shareholder's wallets badly... which don't heal quite as fast as one's feelings!

If you are the CEO of a company, part of your job description is to take the praise as well as the criticism for what your company does and how the shareprice moves. When you lose some shareholders 95% on their investment through broken promises and failure to execute... they tend to get a teensy bit upset! I do not condone threatening calls and emails... but I understand the investor anger that would precipitate them!

As far as people calling his clients... Do you think maybe that has something to do with his own credibility? When people can't believe what he says, naturally they may try to independently verify the info. We read here about certain stockholders that are proud of their *DD*, and I'm certain they made many of these calls! And frankly... I DON'T BLAME THEM!
