I guess nobody has heard anything from CHFI management in over a year?

CGYV (China Energy Recovery) - still alive

They filed an 8-K, so it looks like they still know how to submit a filing: "The Company has until May 17, 2010 to correct the delinquency. If the required report is not filed by that date, the common stock of the Company will not be eligible for quotation on the OTC Bulletin Board, and it will be removed. Even if the delinquency is satisfied in time, if the Company has additional delinquencies, the common stock may be delisted because of multiple late filings. The Company plans on filing its Form 10-K as soon as possible."

Funny enough, CGYV is scheduled to present at the Rodman conference in London tomorrow morning. Shouldn't it be more important to avoid being delisted, strange...

JADA (Jade Art Group) - gamble
SOPW (Solar Power Inc.) - gamble

Couldn't find any new information since the NT 10-K's were filed. But there is no reason to assume that they won't file tomorrow. If they don't they will be on the pinks Wednesday.

CNOA (China Organic Agriculture) - all is well

They should get rid of the 'E' on Tuesday. I bought a bunch Friday and believe there is a good chance we see $0.80+ when they get their old ticker back.

CGDI (China Growth Development) - gamble

Already delisted from OTCBB. Probably for repeated violations of the reporting deadlines. The company should be alive as they've published several press releases within the past six months. Possible multi-bagger if they report and clarify what's going on, or... anything from they've ran out of ink to their shopping malls got looted. Huge gamble here.
