Folks found the following piece in the May 14th 10-Q:

As of May 13th, 2010, there were 1,014,616,666 shares of the issuer's common
stock, par value $0.00001, outstanding.

That's what happened. Everyone thought the OS was 600 mill and then they see it is over 1 billion. In fact, the IBOX here should be updated ASAP.
