You and jim lean to the bad. Straw Man stuff ya know. If your are friends with Katx and its management you should be able to provide something other than Straw Man. IMO

Its a Dog and Flea thing

FINRA can halt and the SEC can suspend, but you don't want either of those ever happening to a stock you're in...it's bad news.
