I can help with some of these things.

They have to either apply for an extension or post the financials tonight. Active location list will be out this coming week. A new website is in the works and should be up and working soon.

They said they are looking for ways to increase shareholder value and increase the PPS, not sure what they are actually going to do to resolve this but they definitely need to first address the accusations and clean up the ugly first. Definitely not running this as smoothly as they could. Hopefully they'll take care of all this doubt in the coming week... earlier would be better!

As for the spa thing in Europe, I don't see them either. I doubt they are big time enough to even be listed on there. Those on the list appear to be HUGE industry people. They definitely aren't at the same level as most of those folks. Not even close! hahaha... but that is a good question for them!
