I called my Scottrade brokerage for the 2nd time to clarify this R/S issue.Here is the # for others to double check me. I was told by the rep that they have a mandatory R/S on the books. He told me that mandatory meant that it would happen and that there wasnt any choice in the matter. He did not give a date on when it would happen and said they have no knowledge of when it would happen but that it would happen.Here is there number for others to check my sources 1-540-929-9030.
