MCLN leadership is very well qualified, and have been through all of this many times.

I think we can all agree, they are intelligent and "savvy" with business.
This being said, the first question I would ask, prior to releasing a poor 10 Q ? When would be the best time, (least amount of impact) for the company to release?
That would be Friday, after close. People have the weekend to calm down, consider their position prior to Monday open. Rather standard.

Now, If the news was good, and the MM were having a "field day" shorting my stock? I would be very secretive about business, and release the week after most companies have already reported.

We would start on a fresh week, Monday, give the market plenty of time to "research," discover just how well MCLN under new management plan, is doing.

Be just great for shareholders, and could just cut the MM off short. Teach them a lesion, not to play with MCLN stock?
