can any one answer my Qs ...

1/ aclh realy merged with canadian company adf inc ?!?!?
2/ if yes there share is 2.00+ then aclh will be able to
to sell its share 2.00+ or it will be a R/S of aclh and
we get some thing 1:?? i am fkn confused now ?!?!?

please i am confuse help me :S
