ON August 3, 2004 the company filed a REGDEX to issue more shares.

I complained to the SEC regarding the gag order on the transfer agent. Here is the reply I recieved from the SEC.

"Thank you for your email and taking the time to alert us to your concerns regarding Veltex Corp. We welcome your comments because they help us to regulate and enforce the laws that assure fair and orderly securities markets.

According to our records, Veltex Corp. filed a Form REGDEX with the SEC on August 3, 2004. As you may know, under the Securities Act of 1933, any offer to sell securities must either be registered with the SEC or meet an exemption. Regulation D (or Reg D) provides three exemptions from the registration requirements, allowing some smaller companies to offer and sell their securities without having to register the securities with the SEC.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with any other information regarding Veltex Corp. However, additional information regarding Regulation D is available at the following location on our website: http://www.sec.gov/answers/regd.htm

However, since Veltex Corp. apparently maintains offices in California, you may want to contact the state securities regulator there for any additional information it may be able to provide about the firm. The address is as follows:

1515 K Street
