There is a lot of quick upgrading of their paperwork status on ACLH's part. There must be something really, really big brewing for the urgency of this to happen.
It might be a open ended contract, RM, or partnership of some kind and they have to get their paperwork in order to go forward.

I think with the extent of this situation anyone in the business of oil cleanup, rookie or not is going to see huge contracts at hand.
BP is going to need all the help they can get.

ACLH probably has one of the BEST products to help with the problem. I don't think BP is going to pass this by. The deal is real IMO and we will see some nice SP movement coming next week.
