Yep, I'm disappointed with this 10-Q. I'm going to wait things out a bit longer, see what kind of turn-around plans the new management team has to offer.
I think Geman gave all he could, but something was missing to help reach critical mass. At this point, I still think there is a good concept and I've had a couple of people I know try out their menus in Cincinnati (I hope to be able to do that personally in the near future), and got very positive reviews: their sandwiches and pizzas are actually delicious.
So there is good concept, a solid infrastructure to manage the franchise system, maybe they just need to crank up the marketing. Given the background of the new team, they might be able to find the missing ingredients to make this a success ...
