i found out late friday of the mis-guided information being spread about involving the r/s rumours...i am sure ACLH found out late friday also....why would they pr anything or update anything on a friday evening after everything is about to shut down..
they have been pr-ing moday and wednesday or thursdays to keep investors informed of there intentions and upcoming projects..
for them it would not matter to wait till monday..

what really takes the cake though is WHY would they R/S 178 million shares out of a 500 million authorized...they would not.. they would dillute UNTILL they got near the 500 million then r/s..
so it stands to reason if they are r/s splitting that the out standing share count is closer to 500 million and not the 178 million last reported..

but i am still waiting to see who is right and who is wrong...
guess monday wont come fast enough...
