Thoughts about the new filing on NTRZ's restructure button.

I put this post up on another board in response to another poster wondering why I am saying "strong buy". I think it has info I have not put up here. To see what I am talking about, go to NTRZ's home page and click the green box on the right that says "Restructure Information, then next page, click NutraCea CSR Information on the left, then click the bottom entry on 5/13/2010. Yes it is risky, but I'd be a fool if I did not say strong buy when I have been buying myself.

But, the main reason is that WFC wants NTRZ to file a reorganization plan by August 31st and Short agreed. To file a reorganization plan a company must show it is cash flow positive. Since 2006 when I first started buying NTRZ we have not been cash flow positive. And then we have learned that we were NOT cash flow positive because Brad was engineering sales to get the $50,000,000 PIPE in February 2007.

Also, look at paragraph 15-a in the motion on the restructure button. It looks to a friend of mine who is more into accounting that NTRZ is getting ready to sell something and is setting the legal framework to pay back all the creditors. Also keep in mind that Irgovel is being appraised. My own speculation is that maybe if Phoenix or Dillon is sold it might be enough for WFC to issue a new secured loan on Irgovel for Z to pay back all the creditors and the new loan would not be part of the BK, so we owe nobody any money in the BK, so they HAVE to keep our shares intact since there will be NO claims against the company.

Add to that, this new motion did NOT come out until the deadline for All creditors to file and appeal is over, and that is stated in the new motion. That ties to the above paragraph about WFC loaning Z enough to pay off all creditors in bk.

North, that new motion is the biggest thing to come out since we got into BK. It is just too bad we don't have the good posters like those in the past like soar_bird, and megiddo dissecting it for us. And gnus is even not dissecting it. I am not the best form guy and I just hope all that I said is possible. But it sure looks good overall from my eyes even if we are just cash flow positive by itself.
