Anything less & I loose bigtime....I put too much time into that damn thing to come out in the minus column (not to mention being $1,700. in-the-hole at this point). Holding in hopes that FM's groupies will come in & give us a POP.

Hope these new guys have something more than just T-shirts & pantaloons to sell.

OT; Don't know if you checked your e-mail but I forgot to mention, the Black Perigord is a favorite w/ Brits...starting w/Richard the Lionheart & into modern times....many own B&B's in that area.
