lol.. i was just joking, but you know what if the company wanted the PPS to sky rocket to get to another higher trading like Nasdq, with all those profit coming in with contract when we get it, to issue us the shareholder a cash dividends.. , PPS would sky rocket and short would be toasted.. big smile
