What facts do you have that Bob has a permit to mine iron ore, has any equipment on site to mine that ore, has a contract with truckers to transport that ore, has a contract with the Port Athority of Ensenada to load the ore ore most importantly, does he even have a buyer?

He won't even show a basic mining plan that all crummy mining companies provide. We don't even get a few pictures of the mine in action.
All we see is his trusty magnet ona couple of outcrops that he stumbled upon driving to CABO after selling a few million shares that you bought.
