I just got in from a brutal day at work, watching a brutal day of the market in general on the side, and then kids baseball games until 8:30 central time - now just trying to enjoy a beer and catch up on the boards and now I'm reading all this...

I don't have the heart personally to read this Q tonite. Like Karin said, I'll read it all later but as to the digesting part not sure, might just prefer to yak it all back up instead.

I don't know why I was killing myself today working super late on a Friday, trying to wrap up mulitple jobs and do it right so I can get paid. It didn't all pan out just yet, and after paying all my troops I will be paying myself zilch this week. Thats the world of real business when you're in charge - Pay your debts out of your own ass before yourself. Pay for your labor, light bills perhaps in SIVC's case, out of your own coffers and if there is nothing left for you then take it like a man.

I thought that SIVC intended to sell unrestricted shares to pay for the costs of operations and "consulting" services. Now is it back to further dilute to pay for operations and their own salaries, which by the way, have doubled?

I am clearly not going about running my own business right. I need to go public on the OTC, raise capital by issuance of shares, be sure to have a sky high A/S so that I don't have to worry about running out of public funding for quite some time, and Shazzam! - No more no paydays of zilch for me like today! If a project or two winds up in the red, no problem, I'll pay my workers and bills via dilution and maybe even double for myself for all the trouble I have incurred...

Change subject: Yes, I am an idiot for posting saying that I had a calculated BV of .01 My bad, completely. I pay my accountant (in cash) because numbers is not my strong point. I get confused trying to calculate things in terms of billions and tenths, which is what the A/S is and the PPS and EPS are. BV should have been stated at .001 My apologies! If in my review of the current Q I can find anything nice to say I surely will. From just the portions already posted I'm already getting the picture and it sure isn't anything resembling the selling of unrestricted assests if necessary to fund continuing operations as I thought was the plan. Am I just tripping or was that not what all us here as investors thought was the business plan moving forward?
