FOR THE RECORD: There are two different Bio Clean Companies.

One is BOCL which is OWNED BY ACLH under Bio Clean.. AS A SUBSIDIARY.....

Then there is BCLE which OWNS PREFERRED SHARES OF ACLH . See under March 1st Press Release...

BOCL = Bio Clean - A SUBSIDIARY OF ACLH/ BCLE - Bioclean Diff Co, that OWNS ACLH.
