The government should not be able to mandate what a bar owner allows in his bar, as far as smoking.

Not many patrons would want to see a fat girl spread eagled on the bar anyway.

That reminds me of a joke:

There was a black guy and a white guy that worked together. The white guy always came to work whistling and happy.

The black guy asked him why he was so happy every morning.

The white guy said he made love to his wife every morning before work.

The black guy asked him why/how his wife allowed him to do that.

The white guy said he recited a poem to her every morning.

"Blondie, blondie, eyes so blue, my goodness I love making love to you".

He said she just rolled over and pulled him on top.

A day or so later, the black guy came in to work all bandaged up, with a knot on his head as big as a softball.

The white guy asked what happened.

The black guy said he had tried a poem on his wife.

"Nappy head, nappy head, eyes like a frog, if I could roll your fat ass over, I would hump you like a dog."
