From what I remember of my discussions with Bob, NWAU is scheduled to get on the OTC and off the pinks late January 05, once they get their SEC docs in order.

I would think moving to another exchange after that would be awhile. Plus, if they hit the numbers they are leaking, .30 eps, they wont need to do a reverse split to get on the other exchanges.
