Okay so they are not able to sell the CONCENTRATE at the moment because of so many problems...and mill being down.

WHY CAN'T THEY SELL THE "ORE" TO ANOTHER MINING COMPANY WHO CAN PROCESS IT? IS IT NOT ALLOWED?
