He has served on the board of directors of several public companies in a variety of industries and has been company counsel to AMEX and NASDAQ companies.

Honorable Willie Brown, Jr., Director - Two-term Mayor of San Francisco; Former Speaker of the California Assembly; Member of the State Assembly since 1964; Serves on Cal. State U. & California Public Employee Retirement System (CalPERS) boards.

Dr. Rip Rice, Executive Director – Author of over 100 papers and editor of over 20 books about ozone technology, Dr. Rice co-founded International Ozone Association and served as its President and Editor-in-Chief of its newsletter and peer-reviewed journal.

Irv Kraut, Industrial Hygienist – A Medical Hygienist with over 30 years experience in Environmental Health and Safety, Mr. Kraut has been a consultant for the Environmental Protection Agency and is a published writer for both EPA and the American Chemical Society.
