Supposedly there is a board. Go to pink sheets and research how many employees they have. Roxie is the rox that holds it together for all of us share holders. There is an illness in the family and it does kind of slow us down a little as it would any family. She continues to work with her lap top. If she was to fall off a cliff, the board would step in, but as it is, she makes it happen right now. Just hang tough and buy more when you can. Get it while it's low and enjoy the ride.
