I got some news just now. I called the company and was told that talks for the contract are going great and news on the matter should be out by monday at the latest. IMO it will be out over the weekend just as the big bash of oil they mentioned on the FOX, CNBC, and CNN thats suppose to hit shore saturday for they get max effect out of it
