that's why dropping down to .002 was bad for pps Unfortunately flipping takes place and MMS USE IT! THAT'S THE REASON I WANTED IT TO STABLIZE IN THE .003'S Higher price eliminates some early flipping! Once a good investor base is established it doesn't matter too much! For those that made a buck congrats!
