It seems like each time someone posts a thought on how Spng the company (w/o the Mutt idiots) could survive and flourish, you and a number of others blast the idea as ludicrous. In essence, what you are doing is infusing your opinion as to what the actual judge(s) will be deciding on. You kind of make it sound like you already know the outcome.
The judge(s) will determine the fate of 2 men based on their actions. Chances are good that they're going away for awhile. But, this judge will also take a good hard look at Spng and what it brought to the table. Sponges!! Very unique sponges. This is a product that was in 45,000 stores nationwide. A lot of people really liked these sponges and with all the various applications, why would a judge just banish the product?? I believe a judge will see the value of this company and allow it to survive.

Let's say you have a product like.............band-aids, brand new to the world and now in all appropriate stores in America. The guy that invented this product now goes out and robs a bank and gets caught. Well, the guys screwed, but are the band-aids going to get pulled from all the stores?? Dumb analogy, but you get my point.
