Below is a copy of a letter I sent to Michael Minnaugh. I sent it on all of our behalf, so I decided to post it. We'll see.


Hi Michael,

I represent a group of investors who exchange idea's on the Investors Hub (which seems to be the only active forum for Corus Bankshares). We represent approximately 10% of the outstanding shares. According to our by-laws we should be having an annual shareholders meeting soon. It has been over a year since the last meeting. We need to know the direction the company is taking and the final resolution of Corus Bankshares as well as the name of the majority shareholder. We should elect a new chairman and directors. It is reasonable for us to make such a request as the common shareholders are the rightfull owners of Corus Bankshares. Please advise as to when the next meeting will take place.
