O/S is 3.77 billion according to the t/a 2 weeks ago. Yes, thats nearly 500 million shares higher than the numbers posted with Q1 fins. I am sure that it is even higher now.

No SEC attorney would tell him that an ungagged t/a violates any law, because it doesn't.

This is instructive. Paul clearly thinks your an idiot and you don't know the law. It appears he is desperate to conceal the O/S at this point. It also makes me question the people around him that would let him think that this most lame explanation would fly with anyone.

Now you know why pps is at .0005.

IVIT is great for a flip. I'll get back in at .0002 or .0003. but i would never go long in anything involving Sorkin. This t/a incident has completely exposed him, yet again.

It's funny, in a way, because this is all unneccesary. Even at 3.7 billion o/s, IVIT is still undervalued if u believe the Q1 fins. Theres no need to hide the dilution, particularly if they are using it for acquisition. Old habits die hard, i suppose.

This is one of the stupidest lies i have ever heard from a pinky CEO. Why he thinks anyone would buy it i do not know.

At this point all the damage to IVIT is self-inflicted.
