SSWH - Mach it says it will stay at 1.4 billion o/s even after the 1 for 100 reverse split, and that is insane.

But it is also says it has to be approved by a majority of the shareholders, and no one in their right mind would approve that.

Except, of course if the owners have the majority of the shares, do you know? If so, we're screwed. If not, I don't see why the shareholders would approve it, it would be 100 times worse than a normal reverse split.
