Im going to put a buy in at .018 for 5k shares to see if they are dropping the price just to fill buy orders... If it doesnt fill then it may just be mm's manipulating or peeps selling there shares low to try and bring price down.. but if it does fill I guess it still meens the MM'S are manipulating..
